I have a GMC sierra with a rear trailer camera integration to my truck display. The camera wire plugs into the back of the truck next to the 7 pin port. So, I don't need a camera that comes with it's own display. Any recommendations? I have a 2023 Passport 2704RK

We perform a black tank flush by bringing in a Valterra A01-0184VP Master Blaster RV Tank Cleaning Wand with Power Nozzle. It will do a nice job of cleaning the toilet and the tank very quickly and efficiently a models where the toilet is directly on top of the black/wastewater tank. All you need is a gentle spray as long as you're using the proper chemicals to keep waste water broken down during toilet use.

But the manual doesn't State what sealants or what exactly needs to be done.. just like this video it only says that you have to seal it every 6 months and in this video you're saying follow the manual so there's still no clear answer technically

Good Morning, we recommend checking all seals every 60-90 days to ensure there is no cracking or loose seals there. Then if you do notice some cracked we would advise doing your regular seal maintenance.

Please, no more pleather sofas and recliners . If I can find something like this with cloth upholstered furniture only, dishwasher , tankless hot water heater , washer dryer , all weather insulation , electric leveling and jacks . Also, our Keystone subfloors are all soft after 7 years. I want to know more about sub floor quality

Sir, you forgot to mention that the in-command system shows ambiant temps in very abnormal temps which make your system worthless and a huge disappointment. I have 3 A/C units and the temps in all three areas are inaccurate by more thand 75 to 81 degrees 100% of the time. Right now my front heat pump shows and ambient temp of 134 and my mid A/C is 53 and the rear unit is showing -22 degrees. I have contacted Keystone and many dealers and no one will even take a look at it except to agrree the temps are off and Keystone has hung up the phone on me after stating they had no fix!

You’re totally wrong on the idea of slowing down your water flow. If you don’t achieve the minimum flow rate, typically .4pm - .6gpm, the burner shuts off.

VIN # 4YDTBLM24PT430429 2023 Keystone Bullet Crossfire 2780BH Time line on this camper... I signed papers on this camper on December 9, 2023. I didn't get it home until February 3, 2024. Work Order # 14680W dated 12/5/23 states job 1- Loose trim at bottom of entry door. job 2- Night stand trim needs work (right side). job 3- Master bedroom seam tape and wall panels needs replaced. Cause: Window not sealed causing water damage to unit Correction: Remove window, window valance, blind, trim, sliding door, door track, trim, cabinet, night stand, bed, bed frame, shelf above bed, and put it all back together again and fill all nail holes with color matched wood filler. At the bottom of this work order it states that "The remaining windows on the unit are not sealed properly and going to allow water to intrude in the future." Were ALL these windows even fixed? April 22, 2024... I am in the camper making the beds for our FIRST trip and notice BOTH upper and lower bunks are wet. Upon further inspection the wall panel, the bunk frames, the curtains, and the floor were also wet. There was a 1/4" gap between the wall and the window top. Water was literally dripping from the window frame. I have video of the gap and the water coming in. I had to cancel that trip to get the camper back in for service. Work Order # 15548 dated 4/29/24 job #1- Lower bunk window is leaking. job #2- Upper bunk window is leaking. Cause: window is not properly installed causing a gap in window and not properly sealed. Correction: tighten windows and seal. May 16, 2024 Our first trip... While hooked up to water and the water pump on, we discovered the toilet leaks/spews water from a fitting onto the wall and floor, and the bathroom sink has a pretty substantial drip/leak where it will not shut off. As the day got warmer, we turned on the A/C and discovered there was a gap in the drip rail that allowed condensation/and maybe even rain water, to drip down into the outside speaker. Later that night as we were going to bed, we noticed the night stand trim in the bedroom (that had been "fixed" in w/o # 14680W) was flopping off the wall again. We finish our camping trip inconvenienced by not being able to turn on the water pump. I make an appointment to drop the camper off for yet another "fix". The night before taking this back to Camping World for service, I'm in the camper and notice the lower bunk is wet, again! As I am collecting stuff out of the camper, I notice a hat that had been sitting on the right side night stand in the master bedroom was wet, and a notebook that was on the dinette table was wet. When we go in to drop the camper off, Josh and Bill do a physical walk around and inspection. The wall and nightstand are wet as well. They discover a hole in the right front corner of the roof and tell us all 4 corners of the roof have been patched with some sort of "putty" and this is why the wall and nightstand are wet and is why trim keeps falling off the wall. All of this takes us to Work Order # 15735 dated 5/21/24. job #1- toilet has a massive leak job #2- bathroom faucet will not shut completely off job #3- seam in gutter dripping into outdoor speaker job #4- master bedroom trim is lose again (from W/O #14680W) job #5- lower bunk window is leaking again (from W/O #15548) job #6- dinette window leaks There is no mention of a hole in the roof OR all 4 corners be patched on this work order. No mention of the the wall panels warping. What happens 6 or 10 months from now and the floor and/or walls deteriorate? What happens if mold is discovered? Has anyone even CHECKED BEHIND any of these walls that have been wet? Has anyone checked the stability of the bunk bed frames, where they mount to the wall? Will they deteriorate and come off the wall? The bunk room curtains have been so wet that they have faded and bled black dye onto two set of sheets. What happens when those curtains and the header that they are attached to fall from the wall? We have our annual trip (6 hr drive) coming up. What happens when we find another leak or disastrous situation?? Camping World Customer Service suggested that if we have issues to "reach out to our Elite Tech Support line" and gave me an 844 phone number. The closest Camping World would be AT LEAST 147 miles away! And how would I contact them with no cell service or internet in the hills and back woods of Missouri?? We are not "glampers"...we do off grid or "boon-docking". This camper is not as solid or dependable as it should be for a NEW camper. As of todays date, I have made 7 payments on this camper. It has 96 miles on it...30 to a campground, and 66 miles to Camping World for service. I spoke to Nicole at Keystone Customer Service about a Swap Out or Buy Back. I would swap for another Keystone Bullet. We have always had good luck with Keystone campers and have thought of them as a quality camper. However, this particular camper has some serious issues. Issues that I'm not sure can be corrected properly.

Thanks for the thorough video! One thing i noticed while doing this myself is that our trailer doesnt have a hot water bypass switch. In case anyone else runs into that hopefully this saves you some confusion! I was also able to make things easier for myself, since the area i was working in was so tight, by clipping the wires close to he pump instead of at the connection point. It gave me a good 6" more to work with. Maybe not ideal to have an extra connection point, but in my case worth it.

Could you do a video on the Furrion microwave/air fryer/baker/ convection oven please? I have no idea where to start with all these options and tools. Thanks and keep up the good work!

I’d love to see a bunk area that could be repurposed into an office or movie room when needed. Why does a bunk area JUST have to be a bunk room?

@@KeystoneRVCompany I have this computer desk that folds into a shelf unit, you can find the design online. The 3’ long top is two layers, it is hinged by a simple peg on one side that allows the top or lower shelf to swing/pivot out for use as a desk, and a leg that either folds down at the other end, or some designs have permanent legs on one end of the L. For a functional movie/gaming/office/bunk room you need a strong back and room for a LARGE monitor at just above desk height. A deep pull out desktop on drawer guides adds functionality, or the swing/pivoting/pull out desk area would work too.

Good Morning, Yes you will be able to use items in your unit if you are using battery power. Do kee in mind that the more you use off of the battery power with nothing charging it can cause the battery to drain quickly. If you have any questions on this please do call us at 866-425-4369. Thank you!

realize that the dinnette in the 1700 bh has to go where it is but a larger window where the galley is would be nice so you can still get the campfire side viewing

Good instructions, but neglected to mention the little clip that was in the center of the hinge as the RV came from the factory. Needed a little screwdriver to pop that off.

After 2 weeks of ownership, strut bracket became detached from Keystone frame. Only held in by 1 screw. Now I have to figure out where to replace the bracket, and add more screws.
